Choosing less alcohol with Sober Mom Advocate Clarissa Henegen

This week, I talk with Clarissa Henegen. We met on TikTok and I just loved her story. Although similar to mine, it is also different. The more stories we share of women that choose to quit or cut back alcohol, the more opportunity for others to find a story that speaks to them.
